Returns at Tutto
Here’s how to return your goods:
- Visit our returns page at www.tutto.design/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print your DHL returns label or, alternatively, use the DHL QR code directly at a DHL branch.
- Then simply drop off your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel point.
Note on costs:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of €2.95, which will be deducted from your refund. For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the full cost of the return.
