Returns & cancellation at Tutto
Do you want to cancel your contract? As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Select the appropriate option below to declare your cancellation quickly and easily.
How to return your goods:
- Go to our returns page at www.tutto.design/retoure-paket and follow the steps described there.
- Print out your DHL returns label or alternatively use the DHL QR code directly at the DHL shop.
- Then simply hand in your parcel at a DHL branch or parcel station.
Cost note:
For returns within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of €2.95, which is deducted from the refund amount. For returns from abroad, you bear the full return costs yourself.

If the goods have already been dispatched, we will inform you about the next steps.
